Due to delays with the estate, timing was critical to get the home on the market and sold. Jayson, by far, exceeeded what we expected from previous experience with realtors. He was professional, fact of the matter, and ensured we understood every step of the process. The home sold quickly and we were able to resolve outstand issues with my father's estate. He truly went above and beyond for me. I have worked with several agents through the years and even became close friends with a few. I was sad when they retired.
